Tobias König
Chief Executive Officer
Tobias König founded König & Cie. in 1999 and serves as CEO of
the firm. Tobias has more than twenty-five years of experience in the
real asset, shipping and shipping finance industries, having completed
over 100 shipping trans- actions. Currently, he participates in all
König & Cie. institutional investment activities and serves on its
investment committee and is involved in all major commercial issues,
particularly those concerning acquisitions, exits and portfolio
strategy. Prior to founding König & Cie., Mr. König was a managing
partner of Ahrenkiel Seeschiffsbeteiligungen, where he was
significantly involved in the conception of German KG shipping funds.
