We search for individuals who have demonstrated a history of academic and professional achievement and who fit with our culture. Depended on various factors such as general market conditions and anticipated demand of König & Cie.’s sector groups we also look for a number of Analyst hires with graduate degrees from leading business schools.

Our investment professionals are involved in the analysis, execution, monitoring and exit of core tangible investments. Our hiring is typically done by the respective Principals and Senior Professionals of König & Cie. As our organisation has a wide knowledge foundation we hire professionals with diverse backgrounds, including investment banking, accounting, consulting and financial advisory services.

Interns

Besides our recruitment we offer internships to those under-graduate and graduate students with top-achievements during their studies. An internship at König & Cie. gives students the opportunity to learn more about what a career in an asset management company can offer. Our interns work on real projects and are mentored by our Senior Professionals. Lasting for two to three months, an internship is an ideal assessment to get a 360° view on our business, and König & Cie. as an employer.
